Snapper SXDHT 82v Cordless Hedgetrimmer (Tool Only)

Snapper SXDHT 82v Cordless Hedgetrimmer

Hugely powerful, highly durable and ultra reliable, this very high-performance cordless hedgetrimmer from American garden-care experts, Snapper, delivers on every level!

Producing that power is an industry leading, 82v lithium-ion battery pack and a super-efficient brushless motor, which combine to provide petrol-equivalent operation without the noise, weight, vibration and emissions.

Lithium-ion technology eliminates the spontaneous discharge effect that has always been the Achilles heel of standard lead-acid and nickel-cadmium units. This means the battery won’t fade during storage, and will therefore always be ready for use, providing it wasn’t fully drained at the end of its previous use.

The Snapper SXDHT 82v comes fitted with a 66cm blade set – extra-long for a cordless hedgetrimmer – so it will enable you to cover a substantial plant with impressive rapidity.

The blades are fashioned from top-quality steel for a clean, precise cut, and they’re double edged for an efficient side-to-side ‘sweeping’ motion.

The rear handle on the Snapper SXDHT 82v Cordless Hedgetrimmer can be rotated through 180° in 45° increments, so you’ll be able to achieve a comfortable, low-effort angle of attack, whatever the shape of the hedge you’re tackling (a rubber coating on the forward handle provides a firm, positive grip).

A blade-reverse facility makes it easy to free any blockage that might occur; a cast-metal blade tip prevents damage when you’re working close to walls, tarmac, concrete and other hard surfaces.

Charger and batteries – 2Ah and 4Ah – available separately (choose the 4Ah battery if you need longer runtimes).
