Get Your Products in Good Time

Tracked Delivery

Order today from Compass and Spectre Ltd and you will receive Tracked Delivery on all items to the UK mainland!*
Upon placing your order a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you by email confirming your order details, followed by a second email with your tracking information. Once you receive this you’ll be able to track the progress of your delivery with the courier company directly and they will provide you with the day (and sometimes a timeslot) for delivery.

For tractor mowers (and certain larger-sized items), you will be contacted by the courier-delivery depot to arrange a delivery date convenient to you. Details here.

*N.B. Postcodes within England, Wales, Scotland, The Highlands and off-shore islands are subject to an additional delivery cost. This is calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase. We do not currently ship to Ireland (North & South), the European mainland or further afield. There is a minimum delivery fee of £7.95. Some products that need to be sent via a pallet incur further charges, that will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Times

All products available from the store are shown with usual delivery times stated in working days. If an item is listed as Next Working Day Delivery and you place your order before 2pm Mon-Fri, we will (stock permitting) dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday).

Please note that, although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated on the site or advised by our team should be seen as a guide; and is ‘courier permitting’. Delivery to remote areas of Scotland, for example, may take our couriers a day or two longer than advertised.

We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product, and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. For dispatched items, our standard returns policy applies (see ‘Returns’).

Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be any damage to your consignment suffered during transit please make a note of this on the delivery slip when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regard to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or, if you prefer, our helpful, friendly product advisers will be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives. Please telephone 020 3026 8712 (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 10am-4pm) or email customercare @ compassgm.co.uk.

Please be aware the store is open between 9 am -1 pm (closed for lunch between 1 pm – 2 pm) & 2 pm – 5 pm Monday to Friday. The phone lines stay open until 7 pm. Saturday our phone lines are open between 10 am – 4 pm but the store is closed.
