On top of your chosen product’s purchase price, our knowledgeable and experienced team of mechanics and warehouse staff will:

• Assemble your machine, so it’s ready for work when it hits your doorstep
• Subject it to a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection, which follows the guidelines laid out by the manufacturer.
• Test every aspect of your purchase – controls, transmission, engine, etc. – to ensure everything is working properly.
• Optimise performance, minimise vibration and reduce fuel consumption and emissions by fine-tuning the engine.
• Undertake a thorough clean and polish, so your machine looks the business when you receive it.

Post-Purchase Support

We understand the importance of post-purchase support, so, between purchase and delivery, we’ll be in touch every step of the way, in order to make your customer experience as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Before your purchase is dispatched, we’ll ring to let you know the shipping schedule for your particular purchase. You’ll then get a call from our shipping company to work out a delivery time that suits your schedule.

Delivery Service

Once your machine has been assembled and rigorously tested by our skilled technicians, it will be securely mounted onto a pallet to ensure safe transit. We partner with a reliable local delivery company to provide a convenient curb-side delivery service. Whenever possible, we go the extra mile by utilising our own transport and experienced delivery team to personally deliver your machine. Our knowledgeable staff will not only ensure a smooth delivery but also provide a hands-on demonstration to guide you through the setup and operation of your new machine, ensuring you’re confident and ready to use it right away.
