It’s fitted with a pair of expansive, 61cm blades – one of the longest blade sets you’ll find on an electric hedgetrimmer – so a high productivity rate is guaranteed.

The blades are laser cut and diamond ground to ensure they don’t twist and tear the plant, and they’re double sided, so you can cut both ways for even faster completion of the job.

The MTD HT61E-KIT Electric Hedgetrimmer is remarkably lightweight (just 4.1kg), and features sleek ergonomics; a combination that will see you cover a substantial hedge with minimal effort expended.

It’s equipped with an anti-blocking system, which helps to prevent stalling when a heavy load is encountered, and it incorporates a fast acting blade brake, which will bring the blades to a halt in less than half a second when the throttle trigger is released.

This model carries a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, and has a compact, 16mm tooth spacing.

Many of our smaller products are delivered from our warehouse using a delivery service like DPD, DX Etc, they will contact you via phone or text to arrange delivery. You can expect to receive your parcel as early as next day where possible.

If you’re buying a tractor or ride-on mower or larger item – a special order item – it could be slightly longer, as usually we might need to carry out a pre delivery inspection (PDI)  for the machine to ensure it is set up and working properly before you receive it. Please check the product for more accurate delivery times.

We do try use our own transport for these machines if we can, as this gives us a chance to demonstrate the product, and to ensure you’re happy and confident with your purchase.

If we can’t use our own transport for your machine, as you’re out of our delivery area, the machine will be sent on a pallet via a courage company. They will then contact you directly to book a specific day and time that suits you.
