Supplying that power is a 3.45hp, Echo air-cooled two-stroke engine that boasts a huge 50.2cc cylinder-displacement, and which incorporates Echo’s G-Force air pre-cleaner for superior component protection, and therefore rock-solid long-term reliability.

Stage-2 emission compliance provides a more pleasant working environment for the operator; a die-cast magnesium crankcase minimises weight and maximises durability.

Designed to be quick and easy to maintain, the Echo CS-501SX Petrol Chainsaw features an inboard clutch for simple cutting-gear removal/replacement, straightforward side chain tensioning and no-tools air filter access.

It has a rotating chain catcher and an inertia-activated chain brake for the best possible operator safety, and it’s fitted with a replaceable metal bumper spike, which ensures you’ll always be in full control.

Despite its high-powered engine, the Echo CS-501SX weighs-in at mere 4.7kg, making it one of the lightest professional-use saws available.

Other features of note include on this X-Series machine include an anti-icing system for successful cold-weather operation; and a decompression valve, which takes all the work work out of getting the saw started.

Many of our smaller products are delivered from our warehouse using a delivery service like DPD, DX Etc, they will contact you via phone or text to arrange delivery. You can expect to receive your parcel as early as next day where possible.

If you’re buying a tractor or ride-on mower or larger item – a special order item – it could be slightly longer, as usually we might need to carry out a pre delivery inspection (PDI)  for the machine to ensure it is set up and working properly before you receive it. Please check the product for more accurate delivery times.

We do try use our own transport for these machines if we can, as this gives us a chance to demonstrate the product, and to ensure you’re happy and confident with your purchase.

If we can’t use our own transport for your machine, as you’re out of our delivery area, the machine will be sent on a pallet via a courage company. They will then contact you directly to book a specific day and time that suits you.
